“KLAUSIES” analog recording session of “9”
In August of 2020, despite pandemics, the Ventspils concert hall «Latvia» hosted a «klausies» analog sound recording by the Latvian music label «Jersika Records» during the live concert with the audience. This open recording session with a poet Aleksandra Line, composer and pianist Edgars Cīrulis and composer and double-bassist Albert Reinholdt Østergaard resulted in nine compositions and an encore included in an LP called «9».
These stories speak of each and all of us being just human — vulnerable and powerful, practical and dreamy, children at the core and reliable, versatile grown-up outside, trying to create a better world around instead of searching for one.
